How can we help?

If you are facing any challenges with technology, perhaps Redcar IT Help can provide some assistance.

It may be something you can’t do on your PC or Laptop or just something you don’t feel confident doing on the internet. Perhaps you want some help using your mobile phone or tablet.

We provide a volunteer-led drop-in session twice a month, offering free support and advice at St Hilda’s Church from 3 pm to 4 pm on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month.

There is no charge for help; we will do our best to assist with any problems. We can’t fix physical devices, but we can share our experience and advice to help solve problems or offer potential solutions to those annoying little things you just aren’t sure how to do. There are no silly questions; we are happy to help regardless of your ability level. We will give you straightforward advice to help you understand.

If you’d like more information, please drop into the session.

This website will support the club and provide additional resources and links. Access to the site is free of charge, and we will add the ability to ask questions in the future.

All information is provided to help and assist with problems, but we cannot guarantee that all external websites are risk-free as we have no control over those sites. Please ask for advice at the next IT Club session if you have any concerns.
